Paralyzed from the chest down, Claire Lomas finished the London Marathon. She was accompanied by her husband for about two miles each day, it took 16 days to complete. She used the Israeli designed Rewalk suit that enables people with paralysis to stand, walk and even climb stairs. Motion detectors and an on board computer system aid in balance and movement.
